All credit will be applied to future purchases or we will send you a replacement fish equal or better quality as the original. SHIPPING is not included in replacement fish orders and money is not refunded for such a guarantee, only the replacement of fish is guaranteed, unless we can't replace them for some reason and then we will offer you a credit towards future fish or hard good purchases from our ebay store or our website for your next purchase.
