1808/7 C-2 R-3 EDS Draped Bust Half Cent Coin 1/2c

Description

Glossy medium chocolate brown with slightly lighter frosty greenish steel toning in protected areas, especially on the reverse. The planchet is smooth except for a small area of microscopic roughness just right of the date. No verdigris, only light contact marks including a fine hairline from the curl on the neck to the bust tip and some light nicks inside the wreath. EDS, Manley state 1.0 late, with a faint die crack through the top of RTY. Clear overdate.
