Description
2014 RAM Tradesman Regular Car, 8ft bed, 2wd. New windshield about 3k mi ago. Tires are 10-ply E load range and only have about 2500 mi on them. New pinion bearing/seal and rear wheel bearings about 2500 mi ago. Everything works and it runs great. I am the original owner. I had in New Mexico until 2020, so there is absolutely no rust and the underside is very clean. It was my work truck and it shows with the multiple dents, dings, and chips in the body and paint, but it looks great from 20' away and mechanically its great. The interior is in very good condition with no rips or tears in the seats, carpets, or headliner. I have attached a photo of the window sticker which shows the truck's options. It typically gets about 25 Hwy MPG with the rack off and 21 with it on without a headwind. City MPG can be around 20-21 MPG if driven with a light foot. It makes a great work truck, fleet truck, or just a daily driver that can haul almost anything you want when the need arises. It does have the tow package, which includes hitch, trailer brake controls, etc. and some other bells and whistles such as heated mirrors. It's quite well equipped for a Tradesman model package.Modifications:
I added air bags to the rear shocks for hauling heavier loads. They really stiffen up the rear suspension and prevent the truck from sagging and rolling under load.
The backup cam is aftermarket, but works great. It is solar powered and wireless, so the truck's wiring has not been tampered with.
The front end has been blacked out with an aftermarket grille, Weathertech bug shield, smoked projector headlights with LED wrap on low beam, and a black bumper with the addition of smoked for lamps. The truck did not have fog lights from the factory.
The utility rack is incredibly functional (and should be since they cost over k new). The rear portion is removable and stows on the front portion for full bed access (or the addition of a 5th wheel hitch). It takes about 1 minute to convert. I also added the CargoBuckle self retracting tie-downs. They make tying anything on the rack quick and easy. Here is the link to website for the rack:
