Pressure plate kit fits Harley bike with Primo Extreme clutch basket 1990-2006 also EVO Pro clutch 1990-97 Big Twins
Billet T6 pressure plate OD 5.5", feature solid movement (no warp) deliver max clutch release up to 0.070"
Billet T6 spring pressure plate to compress diaphragm spring evenly
Heavy duty diaphragm spring 20% stronger v.s. OEM spring,
feature higher performance more torque delivery (save from clutch slip loss).
Shoulder hex nut to hold pressure firmly Length 0.86". (apply Anti-seized grease on thread, Never put Loctite)
Lock tabs to keep shoulder nut from moving,
Retainer ring keep center hub on basket bearing from moving.
Large shims (4) to increase spring pressure, put one shim on each shoulder hex nut when needs (picture #8). (friction plates wear out)
Small shims (4) to decrease spring pressure, put one on each center hub stud (picture #12), normally use these shim for new clutch set to adjust clutch stack height. after 500 miles break in, check height, remove these small shims for best performance.
Clutch release stud and hex nut, feature round shank for dry clutch keep transmission fluid from leaking. (Dry clutch user needs hub nut with oil seal)
