High quality 55 Teeth Aluminum Rear Drive Sprocket manufactured by PBI.
PBI has been manufacturing motorcyle sprockets made to the highest standards for over 40 years here in the USA .
All PBI rear sprockets are made using 7075 T6-51
aircraft grade aluminum and
are the put thru a proprietory heat treating process.
The end result is an aluminum rear sprocket that is stronger than steel in tensile, yield and sheer strength.
This allows them to outperform even a steel sprocket - - - at less than half of the weight of a steel sprocket !!
That weight reduction makes for a huge advantage in the whole unsprung weight / rotating mass picture !!
This sprocket fits: 55
Big Twins 2078- 1930-1958, 61, 74, 80. Sportster® 1954-1978. 530 chain, Aluminum 7075-T651, Available in 49 through 55 teeth. OEM part number 41470-70 or -30, Center hole size 8.300 in. Part is shipped with rivets for mounting.
