    Love Hooters? You'll love this button from the 90s. The eyes used to light up and flash red when the pin made contact with the hook. It worked for many years and I assume the battery died. I cannot guarantee that the eyes will flash with a new battery, but I would think it would. You never know with these types of things. It's still a fun button and collector's piece.
