MERCURY OUTBOARD RACING Sid Bass Leg - Towerhousing & Merc Clamp Assy
Has a 44XS adapter plate with no down pipe.  Using it makes a convenient way to get water to the block.  Has a bulkhead fitting in one stud access plate to put cooling water into the leg.  Not needed if using open pipes.  The Sid Bass leg is new and the clamp assembly is used.  It has a drive shaft & coupler.  Has bolt pattern for early and late blocks.  The block pictured is junk and just there for set up.  The only issue is the steering bar mounting holes are not in the correct spot.  So, that would need to be corrected.  And no, there is no gear case included.
