To rebuild a leaked device on outboard engine, hydraulic trim and tilt unit .Used to remove and install the Trim and Tilt Caps without damaging it and the steering cylinder
A Must Have--
Usually, you will put a little drift into one of those holes in the trim and tilt caps with a hammer. Than,you destroy these cap ,you will thrown them away,which cost a about hundred bucks. So, you really need the pin wrench to help you finish that case with ease
